After 27 years of teaching special needs elementary students, I traded lesson plans for contracts and students for clients. My teaching experience is an asset when helping clients buy or sell real estate. Why? I’m a good listener, a skilled mediator and an experienced advocate for my clients. Like teaching, in real estate we work together to lay out a roadmap to success. I help educate you about the process of buying or selling real estate, provide you all the information you require to make good decisions and stand by you every step of the way – from first viewing to the successful close of your real estate transaction.
Through education and experience, I demonstrate the knowledge and expertise to counsel my clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions – from buying your first home to relocating or retiring and selling the family home. I’m also involved with both local and national efforts that encourage personal finance education for youth. My designations signal my skill and experience in representing clients at every stage of the real estate process:
- Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®)
- Seniors Real Estate Specialists® (SRES®)
My husband, Mike, an Associate Dean at the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!), and I moved here almost 10 years ago from the Washington, DC area. When not working with buyers or sellers, you might find me running mountain trails, neighborhood streets, participating in local races or enjoying the boundless community activities in Southern Arizona. To date I’ve completed 17 marathons around the country. One of my bucket list items is to run in all 50 states and end the run at a local brewery where I can learn more about the process of brewing beer through the eyes of experts!
It’s your move, but don’t make it without me! Let’s work together to go the distance.
